They have entered 1978 to present day in their county records database and have actually made it quite easy to use. The first thing you are going to have to do is go to their direct website: broward.org. Once you are there, you will look on the left hand side of the site and see a bunch of choices. Look for the 'Find an Agency' link and click on it.
Once you have done that, you will be taken to another screen that is basically an A to Z screen with every department of Broward County listed. Go down to R and slick on 'Records, County'.

From here, it is a piece of cake. You are taken into a screen where you will enter the name of the person or business that you are doing research on and then click the 'search records' button. Here you will find out if there are any public records of the person you are looking for in a matter of seconds. If the search does come up with something, all you have to do is click on the highlighted characters and it will show you a copy of the document.
